產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn) Product feature
1. C型機(jī)身設(shè)計(jì)，機(jī)身整體鑄造，剛性好。
2.專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)適用于各種零部件的翻邊鉚合作業(yè).如：球頭、硅油離合器等。
3.變頻動(dòng)力頭，轉(zhuǎn)速任意調(diào)節(jié)作用范圍廣。
4.安全設(shè)計(jì)，采用雙手操作，設(shè)有急停及上下點(diǎn)動(dòng)功能。
5.采用PLC控制，通過觸控屏幕實(shí)現(xiàn)人機(jī)交互，方便操作。
6.向下運(yùn)動(dòng)行程具有快進(jìn)與工進(jìn)兩種速度，快進(jìn)提高工作效率；工進(jìn)速度可任意調(diào)節(jié)，保護(hù)模具，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
7.配有扭力檢測(cè)裝置，方便檢測(cè)旋鉚后零件質(zhì)量（球頭專機(jī)）。
8.按鍵與腳踏兩種循環(huán)啟動(dòng)方式。
