概述
GW4-126型隔離開關(guān)是供高壓線路在無載荷情況下，進(jìn)行切換線路以及對(duì)被檢修的電器設(shè)備進(jìn)行電氣隔離的三極戶外高壓電器,該型隔離開關(guān)為雙柱式水平放置分合結(jié)構(gòu)，產(chǎn)品性能滿足GB1985《交流高壓隔離開關(guān)和接地開關(guān)》及IEC-129（1984）標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
特點(diǎn)
1、改進(jìn)了軸承轉(zhuǎn)盤結(jié)構(gòu)，使軸承座實(shí)現(xiàn)了防水功能。且配有注油孔、調(diào)整螺釘，開關(guān)的整體性強(qiáng)且維護(hù)更加簡(jiǎn)單、方便。
2、導(dǎo)電桿與觸頭之間、導(dǎo)電桿與觸指座之間均采用銅焊工藝，另外觸指與觸指座之間加裝軟連接，使產(chǎn)品的主回路電阻比采用螺釘連接的大幅減小，從而減少觸頭在運(yùn)行中的發(fā)熱問題。接地導(dǎo)桿采用導(dǎo)電性能優(yōu)良的鋁合金，觸頭部分采用紫銅件，導(dǎo)電桿與底座連接處及接地觸指座之間均加裝軟連接，因此接地回路的接地可靠性大大的增強(qiáng)。
3、主導(dǎo)電外露部分均采用紫銅鍍銀的表面處理工藝，鍍銀處理，表面光潔、美觀、抗腐蝕能力強(qiáng)、持久耐用。
