三、結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理
1、主要結(jié)構(gòu)
接地開關(guān)有支架、接地刀裝配、靜觸頭、傳感器、軸、拐臂、壓簧、導(dǎo)電套管、軟連接組成。注：支架由薄鋼板彎曲后焊接成部件，其余均為組裝式零部件。
2、工作原理
當(dāng)操作操動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)使接地開關(guān)合閘時(shí)，作為力矩使主軸克服阻力矩，帶動(dòng)拐臂沿合閘方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，并使接地刀上的操縱桿通過(guò)壓簧死點(diǎn)，壓簧釋放能量，使接地開關(guān)快速合閘，在合閘位置。接地刀組件上的接地刀通過(guò)碟形彈簧和靜觸頭的凸緣部（刀口）牢固可靠地接觸。
分閘操作時(shí)，作用力矩使主軸克服主力矩及彈簧力，帶動(dòng)拐臂沿分閘方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，并使接地刀壓簧通過(guò)死點(diǎn)，壓簧儲(chǔ)能結(jié)束，以備下次合閘。
