巖棉板
rock wool board巖棉板，是以精選的優(yōu)質(zhì)玄武巖為主要原料，經(jīng)后天融化后，采用國(guó)際先進(jìn)的四輥離心制棉工序，將玄武棉巖高溫溶體甩拉成4～7μm的非連續(xù)性纖維，再在巖棉纖維中加入一定量的粘結(jié)劑、防塵油、憎水劑，經(jīng)過(guò)沉降、固化、切割等工藝，根據(jù)不同用途制成不同密度的系列產(chǎn)品。
應(yīng)用范圍
石化行業(yè)—石油、電力、化工行業(yè)設(shè)備的絕熱保溫吸音降噪
建筑行業(yè)—建筑隔墻幕墻屋頂和圍護(hù)的絕熱保溫吸音降噪
工礦行業(yè)—工業(yè)窯爐烘箱大口徑儲(chǔ)罐及船舶的保溫防火等
可在巖棉板板表層粘防潮鋁箔、 玻纖布夾筋玻纖氈.鐵絲網(wǎng)等裝飾。
貼面選擇
在不同的工作環(huán)境中巖棉板材要求防結(jié)露防潮等功能這就需要在保溫材料外層粘貼保護(hù)層。
包裝方式
根據(jù)客戶需要的厚度決定每包的片數(shù)正常包裝厚度約為300-400毫米
為了物流分配的需要，泰恒巖棉采用熱收縮和全封閉兩種包裝方式
