10Hz to 500MHz Network/Spectrum Analyzer.
Provides excellent vector network, spectrum, and
optional impedance measurements for lab and production applications.
Gain, phase, group delay, distortion, spurious,
CN, and noise measurements often required for buating components
and circuits can be measured using one instrument.
As a vector network analyzer, it operates from 10Hz to 500MHz with 1MHz
resolution and its integrated synthesized source provides -50 to +15 dBm of
output power with 0.1dB resolution.
As a spectrum analyzer, the 4395A operates from 10Hz to 500MHz with
resolution bandbs (RBWs) spanning 1Hz to 1MHz in a 1-3-10 sequence.
Noise sidebands fall below -100dBc/Hz offset 100kHz from carriers below
1GHz, while sensitivity is -145dBm/Hz at 10MHz.
Built-in IBASIC for easy test automation, Time-gated spectrum analysis
