一、用途、結(jié)構(gòu)簡介：
PQ-20T針式絕緣子高壓線路針式瓷絕緣子用于工頻電壓6～20kV高壓架空電力線路，用以絕緣和支持導線。絕緣子老型號按額定電壓分6、10、15、20kV四個品種，每種按鋼腳型
PQ-20T針式絕緣子式又分為鐵擔直腳和木擔直腳兩種規(guī)格；新型號額定電壓均為10kV，分普通型、加強絕緣1型、加強絕緣2型三種。
PQ-20T針式絕緣子絕緣子由瓷件、鋼腳（或螺套）用不低于５２５號的硅酸鹽水泥、石英砂膠合劑膠裝而成，鋼腳膠入瓷件部分壓有深槽，以防鋼腳松動；鋼腳頂端與瓷件之間
墊有彈性襯墊。瓷件表面一般上棕釉或白釉，鋼腳經(jīng)熱鍍鋅處理。
PQ-20T有些增強子位于啟動子上游，有些位于下游，所以絕緣子的效應并不取決于PQ-10T絕緣子同啟動子的相對位置。PQ-10T因此，對絕緣子效應的方向性的原因還沒有真正弄清。目前已發(fā)現(xiàn)有兩個基因座以反式活化方式影響絕緣子的功能?；騍2J(Hw)編碼的核蛋白識別絕緣子，PQ-10T絕緣子同其結(jié)合后才有絕緣作用。當該基因突變后，盡管y基因座中插入了絕緣子，但失去了絕緣作用，y在所有組織中都表達。PQ-10T另一個基因座是mod(mdg 4)，該基因發(fā)生突變后，其效應正好與Su(Hw)相反，即這些突變型都強了絕緣作用，使絕緣子的絕緣效應不再有方向性而得到擴展， PQ-10T也就是阻斷了上游和下游兩側(cè)的增強子的效應。有一種解釋認為先是Su(Hw)同絕緣子DNA結(jié)合后，使絕緣子有絕緣效應。PQ-10Tmod(mdg4)同Su(Hw)結(jié)合，使絕緣子失去絕緣效應；突變的mod(mdg4)不能同Su(Hw)結(jié)合，于是絕緣子又增強了絕緣作用。
