| ★YK-160 濕法制粒機(jī)是我廠參照國外同類機(jī)型并結(jié)合國內(nèi)制藥企業(yè)特點(diǎn)研制開發(fā)的新一代制粒，整粒設(shè)備。與國 內(nèi)普通搖擺顆粒機(jī)相比具有占地小，整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)緊湊，簡單，設(shè)備操作維修簡單方便，易拆卸清洗，無死角等優(yōu) 點(diǎn)，符合GMP要求。本機(jī)主要由擺輥部分，機(jī)體部分，傳動(dòng)部分，旋緊裝置等構(gòu)成。 ★YK-160 Wet-Process Granulating Separator is a new product developed by our factory with due reference to similar models produced abroad as well as careful consideration to the characteristics of domestic pharmaceutics enterprises. Compared with the pendulum convenient for operation and maintenance, easy for disassembly and cleaning, and free of blind corner, and complies with GMP requirements. This machine is mainly composed of pendular roller, main body, transmission system, and tightening device of sieve. ★YK160濕法制粒機(jī)傳動(dòng)部分：The Transmission Part ★結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，功率利用率高，傳動(dòng)力大 Compact construction, high using ratio and drive force. ★YK160推車式制粒機(jī): Trolly-type Granulator ★本機(jī)與GHL系列(高效濕法造粒機(jī))和FL(PGL)系列(沸騰制粒干燥機(jī))組成聯(lián)合機(jī)組，形成管道化生產(chǎn)，減少二次污染，生產(chǎn)效率高。 ★The machine is combined with GHL series (eficient hydro-granulator) and FLB (Fluidized dry granulator). All of them b the pipeline production, reducing the second pollution. |
