    Target驗(yàn)廠供應(yīng)商合約規(guī)范

    一、安全與健康的工作環(huán)境

    健康與安全的工作環(huán)境對(duì)于你們工廠的雇員來(lái)說(shuō)是必不可少的. 為確保您的雇員在緊急情況下能夠迅速作出反應(yīng), 工廠需要提供以下便利/措施:
    1.相對(duì)于工廠規(guī)模足夠的滅火器和/或消防栓(帶水管), 且符合當(dāng)?shù)胤梢?guī)定.
    2.整個(gè)工廠需安裝有足夠的緊急照明系統(tǒng)(帶有備用電池).
    3.充足的緊急出口. 佳做法是確保每名雇員都可以享用兩個(gè)緊急出口.緊急出口需保持暢通, 不得有任何阻擋/阻塞, 且明顯標(biāo)示. 緊急出口門必須是"推"開, 而不是"拉"開.
    4.所有雇員需接受以下基本培訓(xùn): 如何使用滅火器/消防栓, 緊急出口位置及急救培訓(xùn).
    5. 當(dāng)情況需要時(shí), 需提供個(gè)人防護(hù)設(shè)備如:眼罩, 耳塞, 面具等.需要對(duì)雇員如何正確使用個(gè)人防護(hù)設(shè)備進(jìn)行培訓(xùn), 以及為什么他們需要使用個(gè)人防護(hù)設(shè)備.
    6.如果工廠提供住宿(宿舍), 必須符合與消防/安全, 房間面積及每間人數(shù)等所有適用的法律要求.

     

    二、不使用強(qiáng)迫/強(qiáng)制勞動(dòng)力

    Target對(duì)于強(qiáng)迫/強(qiáng)制勞動(dòng)力的使用采取"零容忍"政策.
    1. .雇員必須可以不受任何懲罰的(財(cái)務(wù)或其它形式的)拒絕加班.
    2. 不得對(duì)雇員收取入廠押金或雇傭押金.
    3.不得使用監(jiān)獄勞動(dòng)力. 根據(jù)美國(guó)海關(guān)與邊防局,進(jìn)口監(jiān)獄勞動(dòng)力生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)入美國(guó)是違法的.

     

    三、公平懲戒措施
    工人不得對(duì)如以下行為受到任何懲罰: 拒絕加班, 遲到, 做出次品或較差的生產(chǎn). 所有工廠對(duì)于懲戒措施/程序需要書面規(guī)則/政策, 且這些規(guī)則/政策需傳達(dá)于工人.
    1. 懲戒措施必須符合所適用的當(dāng)?shù)胤?
    2. Target對(duì)于雇員體罰采取"零容忍"政策.
    3.  "體罰"定義為"對(duì)一個(gè)人的身體采取的懲罰".

     

    四、無(wú)歧視
    工人的雇用需根據(jù)其資格, 而不是性別, 種族, 個(gè)人特征或信仰.
    1. 對(duì)于所有雇員都需要尊重以待. 包括他國(guó)雇員.
    2. 除非有當(dāng)?shù)胤梢?guī)定, 雇用時(shí)不得進(jìn)行懷孕/艾滋病毒檢測(cè).

     

    五、合理的工作時(shí)間與加班時(shí)間

    工作時(shí)間不得超過(guò)當(dāng)?shù)胤傻囊?guī)定
