比例控制閥
1.結(jié)構(gòu)和功能原理
該二位四通和三位四通比例方 向閥為直控,板式結(jié)構(gòu);由比例電磁操作,比例電磁.帶中心螺紋,圈可單獨拆卸,電磁的控制可通過外部放大器( WRA型)或內(nèi)置的放大器(WRAE型)實現(xiàn)。
結(jié)構(gòu):
該閥由下列部分組成:
帶安裝底面的閥體( 1 )
帶彈簧(3和4)的控制閥芯(2 )
帶中心螺紋的電磁鐵( 5和6 )
位移傳感器(7 )
可選帶內(nèi)置放大器( 8 )
機械零位調(diào)整(9 ),
工作原理:
電磁鐵(5和6 )不帶電時,對中彈簧(3和4 )將控制閥芯(2 )保持在中位
比例電磁鐵得電被激勵后,會直接推動控制閥芯( 2),例如:控制電磁"b" (6 )被激勵,控制閥芯(2)被推向左側(cè),位移與輸入電信號成比例,這時,P口至A口及B口至T口通過閥芯與閥體形成的節(jié)流溝通并具有漸進的流量特性。電磁鐵( 6 )失電控制.閥芯(2)被對中彈簧(3)重新推回中位。
在電磁鐵失電的情況下,閥芯( 2 )在電磁跌復(fù)位彈簧的作用保持在機械中位。這對機能符號”V”的閥芯來說,與液壓中位無關(guān)!當(dāng)閥用于閉環(huán)控制而關(guān)閉時,閥芯則置于液壓中位。
必須避免回油管路中的油全部排空, 必要時在回路中安裝背壓閥(背壓約2 bar)。
磁致伸縮位移傳感器是根據(jù)磁致伸縮原理制造的高精度、長行程絕對位置測量的位移傳感器。它采用非接觸的測量方式,由于測量用的活動磁環(huán)和傳感器自身并無直接接觸,不至于被摩擦、磨損,因而其使用壽命長、環(huán)境適應(yīng)能力強,可靠性高,安全性好,便于系統(tǒng)自動化工作,即使在惡劣的工業(yè)環(huán)境下,也能正常工作。此外,它還能承受高溫、高壓和強振動,現(xiàn)已被廣泛應(yīng)用于機械位移的測量、控制中。
直線位移傳感器的功能在于把直線機械位移量轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號。為了達到這一效果,通常將可變電阻滑軌定置在傳感器的固定部位,通過滑片在滑軌上的位移來測量不同的阻值。傳感器滑軌連接穩(wěn)態(tài)直流電壓,允許流過微安培的小電流,滑片和始端之間的電壓,與滑片移動的長度成正比。將傳感器用作分壓器可大限度降低對滑軌總阻值精確性的要求,因為由溫度變化引起的阻值變化不會影響到測量結(jié)果。
角度位移傳感器應(yīng)用于障礙處理:使用角度傳感器來控制你的輪子可以間接的發(fā)現(xiàn)障礙物。原理非常簡單:如果馬達角度傳感器構(gòu)造運轉(zhuǎn),而齒輪不轉(zhuǎn),說明你的機器已經(jīng)被障礙物給擋住了。此技術(shù)使用起來非常簡單,而且非常有效;要求就是運動的輪子不能在地板上打滑(或者說打滑次數(shù)太多),否則你將無法檢測到障礙物。一個空轉(zhuǎn)的齒輪連接到馬達上就可以避免這個問題,這個輪子不是由馬達驅(qū)動而是通過裝置的運動帶動它:在驅(qū)動輪旋轉(zhuǎn)的過程中,如果惰輪停止了,說明你碰到障礙物了。
霍耳式位移傳感器:它的測量原理是保持霍耳元件(見半導(dǎo)體磁敏元件)的激勵電流不變,并使其在一個梯度均勻的磁場中移動,則所移動的位移正比于輸出的霍耳電勢。磁場梯度越大,靈敏度越高;梯度變化越均勻,霍耳電勢與位移的關(guān)系越接近于線性。圖2中是三種產(chǎn)生梯度磁場的磁系統(tǒng):a系統(tǒng)的線性范圍窄,位移Z=0時,霍耳電勢≠0;b系統(tǒng)當(dāng)Z<2毫米時具有良好的線性,Z=0時,霍耳電勢=0;c系統(tǒng)的靈敏度高,測量范圍小于1毫米。圖中N、S分別表示正、負磁極?;舳轿灰苽鞲衅鞯膽T性小、頻響高、工作可靠、壽命長,因此常用于將各種非電量轉(zhuǎn)換成位移后再進行測量的場合。
光電式位移傳感器:它根據(jù)被測對象阻擋光通量的多少來測量對象的位移或幾何尺寸。特點是屬于非接觸式測量,并可進行連續(xù)測量。光電式位移傳感器常用于連續(xù)測量線材直徑或在帶材邊緣位置控制系統(tǒng)中用作邊緣位置傳感器。

柱塞泵
所述單柱塞泵中,凸輪使泵在半周內(nèi)吸油,半周內(nèi)排油。因此泵排出的流量:是脈動的,它所驅(qū)動的液壓缸或液壓馬達的運動速度是不均勻的。所以無論是泵或馬達總是做成多柱塞的。常用的多柱塞泵有徑向式和軸向式兩大類。

圖為徑向柱塞泵的工作原理。之所以稱為徑向柱塞泵是因為有多個柱塞徑向地配置在一個共同的缸體內(nèi)。缸體由電動機帶動旋轉(zhuǎn),柱塞要靠離心力耍出,但其頂部被定子的內(nèi)壁所限制。定子是一個與缸體偏心放置的圓環(huán)。因此,當(dāng)缸體旋轉(zhuǎn)時柱塞就做往復(fù)運動。這里采用配流軸配油,又稱徑向配流。徑向柱塞泵外形尺寸較大,目前生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)用不廣。
二、軸向柱塞泵
1、直軸式軸向柱塞泵原理
泵的工作原理。斜盤和配流盤固定不轉(zhuǎn),電機帶動軸、缸體以及缸體內(nèi)柱塞-起旋轉(zhuǎn)。柱塞尾有彈簀,使其球頭與斜盤保持接觸。
配流盤
由于存在困油問題,為減少困油,因此在配油盤的槽I、II的起始點開. 上條小三角槽,且在二配流槽的兩端都開有小三角槽。

式中d-柱塞直徑; D~ -柱塞在缸體.上的分布直徑; Z- -柱塞數(shù); n-軸的轉(zhuǎn)速;γ-斜盤傾斜角度。
從上式看出:泵的流量及每轉(zhuǎn)排量可通過改變斜盤傾角γ而改變,所以軸向柱塞泵可很方便地做成變量泵。
葉片泵和葉片式馬達
葉片泵具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、流量均勻、噪聲小、運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)等優(yōu)點,因而被廣 泛用于中、低壓液壓系統(tǒng)中。但它也存在著結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,吸油能力差,對油液污染比較敏感等缺點。
葉片泵有兩類:雙作用和單作用葉片泵,雙作用葉片泵是定量泵,單作用泵往往做成變量泵。
一、
雙作用葉片泵
1、結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理
雙作用葉片泵結(jié)構(gòu)。它主要由殼體、轉(zhuǎn)子、定子、葉片、配流盤和主軸等組成。
雙作用葉片泵工作原理可由下圖說明。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)子和葉片一起按圖示方向旋轉(zhuǎn)時,由于離心力的作用,葉片緊貼在定子4的內(nèi)表面,把定子內(nèi)表面、轉(zhuǎn)子外表面和兩個配流盤形成的空間分割成八塊密封容積。隨著轉(zhuǎn)子的旋轉(zhuǎn),每一塊密封容積會周期性地變大和縮小。一轉(zhuǎn)內(nèi)密封容積變化兩個循環(huán)。所以密封容積每轉(zhuǎn)內(nèi)吸油、壓油兩次,稱為雙作用泵。雙作用使流量增加一倍,流量也相應(yīng)增加。
2、排量和流量
如圖所示,當(dāng)不考慮葉片厚度時,雙作用葉片泵的排量為Vo=2 (V;-V,)Z
Z為密封容腔的個數(shù),V,和V,分別是完成吸油和壓油后封油區(qū)內(nèi)油液的體積。顯然考慮到=2n/Z,所以V。= 2nB(R2 -r2)
式中,B一葉片的寬度, R、r一定子的長半徑和短半徑。
實際上葉片有一一定厚度,葉片所占的空間減小了密封工作容腔的容積。因此轉(zhuǎn)子每轉(zhuǎn)因葉片所占體積而造成的排量損失。
3、結(jié)構(gòu).上的若干特點
(1)保持葉片與定子內(nèi)表面接觸轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)時保證葉片與定子內(nèi)表面接觸時泵正常工作的必要條件。前文已指出葉片靠旋轉(zhuǎn)時離心甩出,但在壓油區(qū)葉片頂部有壓力油作用,只靠離心力不能保證葉片與定子可靠接觸。為此,將壓力油也通至葉片底部。但這樣做在吸油區(qū)時葉片對定子的壓力又嫌過大,使定子吸油區(qū)過渡曲線部位磨損嚴(yán)重。減少葉片厚度可減少葉片底部的作用力,但受到葉片強度的限制,葉片不能過薄。這往往成為提高葉片泵工作壓力的障礙。在高壓葉片泵中采用各種結(jié)構(gòu)來減小葉片對定子的作用力。
(2)端面間隙
為了使轉(zhuǎn)子和葉片能自由旋轉(zhuǎn),它們與配油盤二端面間應(yīng)保持一定間隙。 但間隙也不能過大,過大時將使泵的內(nèi)泄漏增加,泵容積效率降低。-般中、小規(guī)格的泵其端面間隙為0.02~0.04mm。
(3)定子曲線
這里指的是連接四段圓弧的過渡曲線。較早期的泵采用阿基米德螺線。即ρ=r2+aφ及;p=r1-ap采用阿基米德螺線時,葉片徑向速度不變,
不會引起泵流量脈動。
(4)葉片傾角
從前圖中可看出葉片頂部順轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)方向轉(zhuǎn)過一角度θ。很明顯,葉片頂部與定子曲線間是滑動摩擦。在壓油區(qū),葉片依靠定子內(nèi)表面迫使葉片沿葉片槽向里運;動,其作用與凸輪相似,葉片與定子內(nèi)表面接觸時有一定壓力角。
4、類型
前圖所示葉片泵額定壓力6.3MPa,轉(zhuǎn)速有1000~1500r/min,流量有6~ 100r/min多種規(guī)格,容積效率90%左右,主要用于機床。
