下面是SKF軸承裝配的一些相關(guān)事項。外圈的裝配事先在外殼的圓周上設(shè)置幾處外圈擠壓螺桿用螺絲,裝配過盈配合的外圈。一面均等地擰緊螺桿,一邊裝配。這些螺桿孔平常蓋上盲塞,SKF軸承等的分離型軸承,外殼擋肩上設(shè)置幾處切口,使用墊塊,用壓力機拆卸,或輕輕敲打著拆卸。圓柱孔軸承的裝配可以用壓力機械拔出簡單。此時,內(nèi)圈的裝配。要注意讓內(nèi)圈接受其拔力。以使易于拉拔。寬度大的軸承則油壓法與拉拔卡具并用,大型軸承的內(nèi)圈裝配采用油壓法。
中空軸式蝸齒行星減速機加裝一個斜齒輪減速器在輸入端,組成的減速器可獲得非常低的輸出速度,是斜齒輪級和蝸齒級的組合,比純單級蝸輪行星減速機具有更高的效率。而且振動小,噪音低,能耗低。
常見問題及其原因:(1)行星減速機發(fā)熱和漏油,(2)蝸輪磨損,(3)傳動小斜齒輪磨損,(4)軸承(蝸桿處)損壞。
1 行星減速機發(fā)熱和漏油。蝸輪行星減速機為了提率,一般均采用有色金屬做蝸輪,蝸桿則采用較硬的鋼材,由于它是滑動磨擦傳動,在運行過程中,就會產(chǎn)生較高的熱量,使行星減速機各零件和密封之間熱膨脹產(chǎn)生差異,從而在各配合面產(chǎn)生間隙,而油液由于溫度的升高變稀,容易造成泄漏。主要原因有四點,一是材質(zhì)的搭配是否合理,二是嚙合磨擦面的表面質(zhì)量,三是潤滑油的選擇,添加量是否正確,四是裝配質(zhì)量和使用環(huán)境。
2 蝸輪磨損。蝸輪一般采用錫青銅,配對的蝸桿材料一般用45鋼淬硬至HRC45一55,還常用40C:淬硬HRC50一55,經(jīng)蝸桿磨床磨削至粗糙度RaO. 8 fcm,行星減速機正常運行時,蝸桿就象一把淬硬的“銼刀”,不停地銼削蝸輪,使蝸輪產(chǎn)生磨損。一般來說,這種磨損很慢,象某廠有些行星減速機可以使用10年以上。如果磨損速度較快,就要考慮行星減速機的選型是否正確,是否有超負荷運行,蝸輪蝸桿的材質(zhì),裝配質(zhì)量或使用環(huán)境等原因。
