減速機斷軸原因排查
皮帶輸送機減速機斷軸發(fā)生在減速機高速軸上。常見的是采用的減速機級為垂直傘齒輪軸的高速軸。發(fā)生斷軸主要有:
1.減速機高速軸設計上強度不夠
這種情況一般發(fā)生在軸肩處,由于此處有過渡圓角,極易發(fā)生疲勞損壞,如圓角過小會使減速機在較短的時間內(nèi)斷軸。斷軸后的斷口通常比較平齊。發(fā)生這種情況應當更換減速機或修改減速機的設計。
