(二)工作平穩(wěn)性精度對噪聲的影響。減速機齒輪的工作平穩(wěn)性精度就是要求限制齒輪瞬時速比的變化,其誤差為齒輪每轉一周多次出現的轉角誤差,它使齒輪在嚙合過程中產生撞擊、振動從而產生齒輪的噪聲,它是一種高頻的沖擊聲。對于一個齒輪來說影響工作平穩(wěn)性的因素是他的基節(jié)誤差和它的漸開線齒形誤差。?
(三) 減速機齒輪的接觸精度對噪聲的影響。評定齒輪接觸精度的綜合指標是接觸斑點,接觸不好的齒輪其噪聲必大。造成齒輪接觸不理想的原因有:齒向誤差影響齒長方向接觸,基節(jié)偏差與齒形誤差影響齒高方向的接觸。
(四) 減速機齒輪的運動精度對噪聲的影響。減速機齒輪的運動精度是指傳遞運動的準確性,即齒輪每轉一周的轉角誤差誤差值不能超過一定限度。由于齒輪運動精度是大周期性(齒輪旋轉一周)誤差,而由齒輪齒圈徑向跳動在齒輪旋轉一周內的周杰累計誤差會產生低頻噪聲,但當周節(jié)累計誤差增大時,將造成齒輪嚙合沖擊及角速度的變動,此時噪聲明顯增大并發(fā)出“隆隆”聲。
(五)輪體偏心偏重對噪聲的影響。輪體偏心偏重的齒輪在嚙合運轉時產生不平衡的離心力,它是一種交變應力,會引起輪系的振動而產生噪聲,因此對減速機輪體進行動態(tài)平衡檢測是必要的環(huán)節(jié)。

一般紅表筆為+,黑筆為-。表筆插放萬用表插孔時一定要嚴格按顏色和正負插入。測直流電壓或直流電流時,一定要注意正負極性,沒電流時,表筆與電路串聯,測電壓時,表筆與電路并聯,不能搞錯。如何正確讀數:萬用表使用前應檢查指針是否在零七八碎位上,如不指零位,可調正表蓋上的機械調節(jié)器,調至零位。萬用表有多條標尺,一定要認清對應的讀數標尺,不能圖省事面而把交流和直流標尺任意混用,更不能看錯。萬用表同一測量項目有多個量程,直流電壓量程有1V,1V,15V,25V,1V,5V等,量程選擇應使指針滿刻度的2/3附近。
