減速機漏油的處理方法:
1、擦拭
減速機靜密封點通過治理,一般是可以達到不滲不漏的,但動密封點由于密封件老化、質量差、裝配不當、軸表面粗糙度高等原因,使得個別動密封點仍有微小滲漏,由于工作環(huán)境差,煤塵粘到軸上,顯得油乎乎一片,所以需要在設備停止運轉后,擦拭軸上的油污。
2、改進透氣帽和檢查孔蓋板
減速機內壓大于外界大氣壓是漏油的主要原因之一,如果設法使機內、機外壓力均衡,漏油就可以防止。減速機雖都有透氣帽,但透氣孔太小,容易被煤粉、油污堵塞,而且每次加油都要打開檢查孔蓋板,打開一次就增加一次漏油的可能性,使原本不漏的地方也發(fā)生泄漏。為此,制作了一種油杯式透氣帽,并將原來薄的檢查孔蓋板改為6 mm厚,將油杯式透氣帽焊在蓋板上,透氣孔直徑為6 mm,便于通氣,實現(xiàn)了均壓,而且加油時從油杯中加油,不用打開檢查孔蓋板,減少了漏油機會。
