The Endura AZ20 transmitter incorporates the most up-to?date design and technology available today.
ABB’s universal human/machine interface (HMI) with its large,?
b, backlit graphical display, ‘through-the-glass’ control and?
intuitive menu structure simplifies transmitter configuration?
and operation.
The user-friendly interface enables fast, easy data entry for all?
beters and the ‘Easy Setup’ menu speeds and simplifies?
system commissioning.
Advanced diagnostics, in accordance with NAMUR NE107,?
classify alarms and warnings as ‘Maintenance Required’,?
‘Check Function’, ‘Failure’ and ‘Out-of-Specification’. Cell?
perbance is monitored by the transmitter; indicators such?
as cell impedance, rate-of-response to test gasses and?
changes in calibration offset/factor are recorded and?
analyzed. The current cell ‘quality’ is displayed by the?
transmitter as a visual indication of the measurement?
confidence; providing the operator all the inbation?
required to keep the monitor operating at peak perbance.
The perbance log holds up to 100 time-stamped events.?
When the log is full, the oldest data is overwritten by new?
entries. The log contains details of measurements and?

① 觀察觸摸屏信號指示燈,該燈在正常情況下為有規(guī)律的閃爍,大約為每秒鐘閃爍一次,當(dāng)觸摸屏幕時,信號燈為常亮,停止觸摸后,信號燈恢復(fù)閃爍。
② 如果信號燈在沒有觸摸時,仍然處于常亮狀態(tài),首先檢查觸摸屏是否需要清潔;其次檢查硬件所連接的串口號與軟件所設(shè)置的串口號是否相符,以及計算機(jī)主機(jī)的串口是否正常工作。
③ 運(yùn)行驅(qū)動盤中的COMDUMP命令,該命令為DOS下命令,運(yùn)行時在COMDUMP后面加上空格及串口的代號1或2,并觸摸屏幕,看是否有數(shù)據(jù)滾出。有數(shù)據(jù)滾出則硬件連接正常,請檢查軟件的設(shè)置是否正確,是否與其他硬件設(shè)備發(fā)生沖突。如沒有數(shù)據(jù)滾出則硬件出現(xiàn)故障,具體故障點(diǎn)待定。
④ 運(yùn)行驅(qū)動盤中的SAWDUMP命令,該命令為DOS下命令,運(yùn)行程序時,該程序?qū)柨刂瓶ǖ念愋?、連接的端口號、傳輸速率,然后程序?qū)目刂瓶ㄖ凶x取相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。請注意查看屏幕左下角的X軸的AGC和Y軸的AGC數(shù)值,任一軸的數(shù)值為 255時,則該軸的換能器出現(xiàn)故障,需進(jìn)行維修。
⑤ 安裝完驅(qū)動程序后進(jìn)行第一次校正時,注意觀察系統(tǒng)報錯的詳細(xì)內(nèi)容?!?沒有找到控制卡”、“觸摸屏沒有連接”等,根據(jù)提示檢查相應(yīng)的部件。如:觸摸屏信號線是否與控制卡連接牢固,鍵盤取電線是否全部與主機(jī)連接等。
⑥ 如仍無法排除,請專業(yè)人員維修。

ControlLogix控制系統(tǒng)以微處理器為核心,把先進(jìn)的控制技術(shù)、通訊技術(shù)、計算機(jī)技術(shù)、CRT技術(shù)與現(xiàn)場儀表有機(jī)地結(jié)合起來,實(shí)現(xiàn)對生產(chǎn)過程的集中監(jiān)視、集中操作和分散控制,為生產(chǎn)提供了強(qiáng)有力的保證。由于該系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)存量、控制器個數(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)類型可以根據(jù)具體應(yīng)用來選擇,所以相對于其他可編程控制系統(tǒng)而言,其結(jié)構(gòu)更加靈活,使用更為方便。
Logix5550(控制器)?ControlLogix系統(tǒng)的核心是Logix5550控制器,其處理速度為0.08 ms/K指令,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)內(nèi)存配置為160 kB,可擴(kuò)展至2 MB,一個Logix5550控制器支持12 800個離散的或4 000個模擬的I/O點(diǎn),符合IEC1131-1的操作系統(tǒng)提供多任務(wù)環(huán)境,***多可支持32個任務(wù),其中31個時間片可由用戶設(shè)定,支持長文件、變量名[1]。Logix5550以微處理器為核心,采用了先進(jìn)的過程控制技術(shù)、通訊技術(shù)、計算機(jī)技術(shù),負(fù)責(zé)對生產(chǎn)過程進(jìn)行檢測和控制,是數(shù)據(jù)采集、過程控制部分。通過組態(tài)和編程,具有豐富的運(yùn)動控制功能、順序控制功能、傳動及過程控制功能、運(yùn)算功能,可直接采集來自現(xiàn)場的各類工藝過程數(shù)據(jù),經(jīng)處理、運(yùn)算后,將檢測信號送至操作站進(jìn)行監(jiān)視,將控制信號送至現(xiàn)場。具有可靠性高,掃描處理速率高等特點(diǎn),并具有自診斷功能。
RSView32是操作人員和ControlLogix系統(tǒng)的人機(jī)接口,能夠?qū)Υ蠓秶纳a(chǎn)過程進(jìn)行監(jiān)視和操作,同時,還能夠?qū)κ占降男畔⒓庸ぬ幚砗捅4妫瑢に噮?shù)進(jìn)行實(shí)時顯示和報警,實(shí)現(xiàn)對生產(chǎn)的集中監(jiān)視、集中操作、集中顯示、集中處理,具有數(shù)據(jù)處理、歷史數(shù)據(jù)保存、報警顯示及打印、報表生成、多種顯示及對控制 回路實(shí)施操作等功能,方便對生產(chǎn)的控制和管理。
