對送水泵房中的2#泵與4#泵實(shí)施變頻節(jié)能改造,在已建成的送水泵房內(nèi)對兩組630kW/10kV電機(jī)機(jī)組添加變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的改造,將原設(shè)計(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)子串級調(diào)速拆除改為高壓變頻器變頻調(diào)速。采用變頻器一拖二手動(dòng)切換方式:(1)高壓供電回路使用舊電路。(2)采取恒壓變流形式來調(diào)節(jié)技改送水泵的轉(zhuǎn)速,將壓力維持在0.5MPa;(3)在MCC室并列安置原低壓供電設(shè)備及變頻柜。(4)增設(shè)10kV電力電纜,并更換Y560-8型電機(jī)1臺。(5)通過硬接線來實(shí)現(xiàn)與PLC控制系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)交換,可是必須將通訊接口保留下來,選用Profib-us-DP作為通訊協(xié)議。(6)調(diào)速范圍控制在20-50Hz。
對于一臺水泵來說,其水壓、流量和所需功率均會(huì)因葉輪轉(zhuǎn)速的改變而發(fā)生改變,它們之間的關(guān)系如下:
從上述關(guān)系可總結(jié)出如下結(jié)論:Q(水量)∝n(轉(zhuǎn)速);P(水壓)∝n(轉(zhuǎn)速);N(水泵軸功率)∝n(轉(zhuǎn)速),也就是說當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速發(fā)生改變時(shí),水壓、水量以及功率的變動(dòng)速度也是各不相同的,而且功率的改變速率最大。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速降至70%時(shí),水量也會(huì)隨之降至70%,可水壓會(huì)下降至49%、功率會(huì)下降至34.3%??梢姡ㄟ^對水泵轉(zhuǎn)速進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),便可改變水壓和水量,無需對閥門進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)來改變管道的阻力特點(diǎn),這樣可以有效的減少節(jié)流損失,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能的效果。
3、高壓變頻器的優(yōu)勢
高壓變頻器具有如下幾點(diǎn)優(yōu)勢:
(1)利用高壓變頻器對電機(jī)實(shí)施調(diào)速改造,如果變頻器出現(xiàn)故障,電機(jī)仍可以直接掛工頻電網(wǎng)運(yùn)作,可以有效地避免生產(chǎn)損失。而且高壓變頻器屬于高科技,具有較高的可靠性,可以有效的降低維修率,減少維護(hù)成本,從而使供水企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益實(shí)現(xiàn)全面的提升。
(2)利用高壓變頻器對電機(jī)實(shí)施調(diào)速改造時(shí),只需將原先電機(jī)與開關(guān)的相連電纜斷開,并將變頻器加入其中即可,無需對機(jī)械與電機(jī)的連接關(guān)系進(jìn)行更換,也無需更改任何基礎(chǔ),操作便捷,而且也不會(huì)因場地而受到限制,具有較好的適應(yīng)性。
