繞線機(jī)作為電子工業(yè)專用設(shè)備之一,在我國(guó)已生產(chǎn)和使用了多年,改革開放以來,我國(guó)元器件廠也引進(jìn)了許多國(guó)外的繞線機(jī)。常見的有平行繞線機(jī)、環(huán)行繞線機(jī)及各種特種繞線機(jī)等。在繞制細(xì)微漆包線時(shí),這些機(jī)器都會(huì)遇到共同的問題,如無法達(dá)到整齊排線,繞線張力無法控制等,特別是繞制0.1mm以下的一些音圈、傳感器機(jī)芯等線圈時(shí),問題尤為突出。針對(duì)這種情況,我們研制了這種適用于細(xì)微漆包線的繞線機(jī),很好地解決了這個(gè)問題,用它繞制的磁電式測(cè)振傳感器機(jī)芯線圈,張力穩(wěn)定,線圈直流電阻一致性好,排線整齊,外觀達(dá)到了“鏡面”效果。
2.實(shí)現(xiàn)原理
與普通繞線機(jī)一樣,精密繞線機(jī)的排線也是用步進(jìn)電機(jī)來實(shí)現(xiàn)的,放線張力的控制也用了彈簧摩擦片張力器,但為了達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求,有針對(duì)性地進(jìn)行了許多改進(jìn),采用復(fù)合排線法,加裝了張力指示儀,大大地改進(jìn)了整機(jī)性能,提高了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
2.1放線張力
在繞制細(xì)微漆包線時(shí),由于線徑細(xì),如果張力太大,就會(huì)將線拉長(zhǎng),使線圈的直流電阻增大。在成批生產(chǎn)中,張力的不穩(wěn)定還會(huì)造成線圈與線圈之間較大的直流電阻差異,所以要嚴(yán)格控制張力。為此,在普通放線張力儀與寶石針之間加裝了一個(gè)張力指示儀,它是一個(gè)機(jī)械式張力指示儀,通過指針刻度即可知道繞線張力是多少克,避免了操作工人憑經(jīng)驗(yàn)調(diào)節(jié)所帶來的偏差,張力指示儀的加裝對(duì)減少高速繞線時(shí)產(chǎn)生的線的抖動(dòng)也有好處。細(xì)線的放線張力器一般都是彈簧摩擦片式,經(jīng)過細(xì)致調(diào)節(jié)完全可以滿足要求。
2.2排線原理
繞細(xì)線線圈時(shí)一般采用兩種排線方式,即自由排線和強(qiáng)制排線。這兩種排線方法各有千秋,自由排線靠線的張力及擺動(dòng)輪或擺錘的擺動(dòng)來排線,導(dǎo)輪與線圈骨架之間的距離較遠(yuǎn),只要調(diào)節(jié)得當(dāng),每匝線都能緊密排繞,完全可以使繞出的線圈達(dá)到“鏡面”效果,但是調(diào)節(jié)起來比較困難,主要是機(jī)械方面的調(diào)試量太多;強(qiáng)制排線利用繞線主軸與排線軸的同步運(yùn)動(dòng)技術(shù),使每繞一圈,排線機(jī)構(gòu)步進(jìn)一定的距離,一般是步進(jìn)一個(gè)線徑的距離,在電子數(shù)控技術(shù)發(fā)展的今天,實(shí)現(xiàn)起來并不困難,只要事先設(shè)置好繞線參數(shù),不需要太多的調(diào)試即可繞線,但經(jīng)過我們反復(fù)試驗(yàn),強(qiáng)制排線方式用于高速繞制0.1mm以下的線圈時(shí)非常困難,經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)亂繞現(xiàn)象。
