POE材料特性
1.柔軟鏈卷曲結(jié)構(gòu)和結(jié)晶的乙烯鏈作為物理交聯(lián)點(diǎn)，使它既有優(yōu)異的韌性又有良好的加工性。
2.POE分子結(jié)構(gòu)中沒有不飽和雙鍵，具有優(yōu)良的耐老化性能
3.POE分子量分布窄，具有較好的流動(dòng)性，與聚烯烴相容性好
4.良好的流動(dòng)性可改善填料的分散效果，同時(shí)也可提高制品的熔接痕強(qiáng)度。POE具有熱塑性彈性體的一般物性，如成型性、廢料再利用和硫化膠性能等。價(jià)格低，并且相對(duì)密度小，因而體積價(jià)格低廉。
POE應(yīng)用范圍:
主要用于改性增韌PP、PE和PA在汽車工業(yè)方面制作保險(xiǎn)杠、擋泥板、方向盤、墊板等等。電線電纜工業(yè)上耐熱性和耐環(huán)境性要求高的絕緣層和護(hù)套。也用于工業(yè)用制品如膠管、輸送帶、膠布和模壓制品。以及家用電器、文體用品、玩具等，以及包裝薄膜等等。反應(yīng)性增容技術(shù)是改善高分子共混物的相容性、增強(qiáng)相界面粘接力的有效途徑之一。
POE material characteristics
1. The flexible chain structure of octene and the ethylene chain of crystal are used as physical intersection points to make it have excellent toughness and good processability.
2. There is no unsaturated double bond in POE molecular structure, which has excellent aging resistance.
3.POE molecular weight distribution is narrow, with good fluidity and good compatibility with polyolefin.
4. Good fluidity can improve the dispersion effect of the packing, and also improve the weld strength of the products.POE has the general properties of thermoplastic elastomer, such as molding, waste reuse and vulcanized rubber properties.The price is low and the relative density is small, so the volume is low.
POE application scope:
It is mainly used to modify toughened PP, PE and PA to make bumper, fender, steering wheel, gasket and so on in automobile industry.The heat resistance and environmental resistance of electric wire and cable industry require high insulation and sheath.It is also used for industrial products such as rubber hose, conveyor belt, adhesive cloth and moulded products.Medical devices, household appliances, stationery, toys, etc., etc.Reactive compatibilization technology is one of the effective ways to improve the compatibility of polymer blends and enhance the interfacial adhesion.
