（四）長軸深井泵長軸深井泵是一種單吸多級立式長軸離心泵，可供城市工礦企業(yè)給排水及農田灌溉從深井中提水之用。長軸深井泵的動力（通常為立式三相電機）位于地面，通過長軸驅動水泵。故使用可靠、維修也比較方便。在無電地區(qū)，也可采用柴油機驅動（需在泵軸上加裝皮帶輪或通過齒輪箱傳動）。長軸深井泵有JC型、JC/Q型（淺井用）、JC/S、JC/K型等系列產品。下面重點介紹JC型長軸深井離心泵。（1）使用條件水泵第一級葉輪必須在動水位以下1～3米，一般以2～3米為宜；井水應不含油類，含砂量不大于0.01%，水質中性，不含過量的腐蝕性礦物質；深井井壁應正、直。（2）性能范圍流量5～1500米3/時，揚程20～235米。
一.概述
1.用途：HW混流泵為臥式，單級，單吸，渦殼式混流泵。適用于輸送清水或物理，化學性質類似于水的其它液體。被輸送液體溫度不宜高于50度。廣泛用于農田灌溉，工業(yè)和城市排水等多種場合。HW泵的性能范圍：流量90-9000m3/h 揚程3.5-22m。

轉向有一致時，最好采用聯軸器直接傳動。這種傳動方式的優(yōu)點是：結構緊湊，運轉平穩(wěn)可靠，傳動效率高。目前用電動機拖動水泵的機組，大都采用聯軸器直接傳動。間接傳動間接傳動就是水泵與動力機的傳動軸不能直聯，而是通過中間傳動裝置直聯接并傳遞動力。這種中間傳動裝置主要是用皮帶傳動和齒輪傳動。齒輪傳動雖然傳動效益高，但制造成本高、價格貴，僅在大型排灌站使用。當水泵與動力機轉速不同，軸線不在同一直線上（垂直或平行），轉向不一致時，一般均采用皮帶間接傳動。皮帶間接傳動的優(yōu)點是：對轉速、轉向、線軸位置不同的適應性廣，傳動較平穩(wěn)，過載時皮帶可打滑，不致損壞機件，結構簡單，使用維修方便。但傳動效益低，需經常調節(jié)皮帶長度和更換皮帶。
