（四）長(zhǎng)軸深井泵長(zhǎng)軸深井泵是一種單吸多級(jí)立式長(zhǎng)軸離心泵，可供城市工礦企業(yè)給排水及農(nóng)田灌溉從深井中提水之用。長(zhǎng)軸深井泵的動(dòng)力（通常為立式三相電機(jī)）位于地面，通過(guò)長(zhǎng)軸驅(qū)動(dòng)水泵。故使用可靠、維修也比較方便。在無(wú)電地區(qū)，也可采用柴油機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)（需在泵軸上加裝皮帶輪或通過(guò)齒輪箱傳動(dòng)）。長(zhǎng)軸深井泵有JC型、JC/Q型（淺井用）、JC/S、JC/K型等系列產(chǎn)品。下面重點(diǎn)介紹JC型長(zhǎng)軸深井離心泵。（1）使用條件水泵第一級(jí)葉輪必須在動(dòng)水位以下1～3米，一般以2～3米為宜；井水應(yīng)不含油類，含砂量不大于0.01%，水質(zhì)中性，不含過(guò)量的腐蝕性礦物質(zhì)；深井井壁應(yīng)正、直。（2）性能范圍流量5～1500米3/時(shí)，揚(yáng)程20～235米。
一.概述
1.用途：HW混流泵為臥式，單級(jí)，單吸，渦殼式混流泵。適用于輸送清水或物理，化學(xué)性質(zhì)類似于水的其它液體。被輸送液體溫度不宜高于50度。廣泛用于農(nóng)田灌溉，工業(yè)和城市排水等多種場(chǎng)合。HW泵的性能范圍：流量90-9000m3/h 揚(yáng)程3.5-22m。

轉(zhuǎn)向有一致時(shí)，最好采用聯(lián)軸器直接傳動(dòng)。這種傳動(dòng)方式的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是：結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)可靠，傳動(dòng)效率高。目前用電動(dòng)機(jī)拖動(dòng)水泵的機(jī)組，大都采用聯(lián)軸器直接傳動(dòng)。間接傳動(dòng)間接傳動(dòng)就是水泵與動(dòng)力機(jī)的傳動(dòng)軸不能直聯(lián)，而是通過(guò)中間傳動(dòng)裝置直聯(lián)接并傳遞動(dòng)力。這種中間傳動(dòng)裝置主要是用皮帶傳動(dòng)和齒輪傳動(dòng)。齒輪傳動(dòng)雖然傳動(dòng)效益高，但制造成本高、價(jià)格貴，僅在大型排灌站使用。當(dāng)水泵與動(dòng)力機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速不同，軸線不在同一直線上（垂直或平行），轉(zhuǎn)向不一致時(shí)，一般均采用皮帶間接傳動(dòng)。皮帶間接傳動(dòng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是：對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)速、轉(zhuǎn)向、線軸位置不同的適應(yīng)性廣，傳動(dòng)較平穩(wěn)，過(guò)載時(shí)皮帶可打滑，不致?lián)p壞機(jī)件，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，使用維修方便。但傳動(dòng)效益低，需經(jīng)常調(diào)節(jié)皮帶長(zhǎng)度和更換皮帶。
