操作介紹
（1）工作原理：把工字鋼放在冷彎機(jī)上，與減速帶動(dòng)的滾輪接觸后，將壓緊手柄進(jìn)給鎖緊，啟動(dòng)電機(jī)油泵組，由電動(dòng)油泵輸出的高壓溢流閥（可調(diào)整所有壓力），進(jìn)入集成塊到電纜閥，有電液閥和動(dòng)點(diǎn)開關(guān)（點(diǎn)進(jìn)，點(diǎn)退）控制油缸工作，工作油缸推進(jìn)，將工字鋼與三個(gè)支撐游輪壓緊并為發(fā)生彎曲變形是時(shí)開始計(jì)算，油缸推進(jìn)的長度進(jìn)程為10mm-15mm,開主電機(jī)帶動(dòng)工字鋼工作，反復(fù)操作，達(dá)到所需為止。
(2)彎曲系統(tǒng)：主動(dòng)滾輪，被動(dòng)滾輪采用特殊材料，經(jīng)整體熱處理，減少游輪磨損，對(duì)工件無劃傷，使用壽命更長。

Operation introduction
