Product Debion
GYTS光纜的結(jié)構(gòu)是將250μm光纖套入高模量材料制成的松套管中，松套管內(nèi)填充防水化合物。纜芯的中心是一根金屬加強(qiáng)芯，對于某些芯數(shù)的光纜來說，金屬加強(qiáng)芯外還需擠上一層聚乙烯(PE)。松套管(和填充繩)圍繞中心加強(qiáng)芯絞合成緊湊和圓形的纜芯，纜芯內(nèi)的縫隙充以阻水填充物。雙面涂塑鋼帶(PSP)縱包后擠制聚乙烯護(hù)套成纜。
The fibers,200/ 250μm, are bed in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A steel wire, sometimes sheathed with polyethylene (PE) for cable with high fiber count, locates in the center of core as a bllic strength member. Tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. The cable core is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress, over which a thin PE inner sheath is applied. After the PSP is longitudinally applied over the inner sheath, the cable is completed with a PE outer sheath.
