在無任何原理圖狀況下要對一塊比較陌生的電路板進行維修,以往的所謂“經(jīng)驗”就難有作為,盡管硬件功底深厚的人對維修充滿信心,但如果方法不當,工作起來照樣事倍功半。那么,怎樣做才能提高維修效呢?根據(jù)我公司進口設(shè)備維修中心統(tǒng)計出來的資料,應(yīng)遵循以下幾個步驟、按順序有條不紊的進行。
方法一:先看后量
使用工具:萬用表、放大鏡
當手拿一塊待修的電路板,良好的習慣首先是應(yīng)對其進行目測,必要時還要借助放大鏡,看什么呢?
主要看:
1、是否有斷線;
2、分力元件如電阻、電解電容、電感、二極管、三極管等時候存在斷開現(xiàn)象;
3、電路板上的印制板連接線是否存在斷裂、粘連等;
4、是否有人修過?動過哪些元器件?是否存在虛焊、漏焊、插反等操作方面的失誤;
在確定了被修無上述狀況后,首先用萬用表測量電路板電源和地之間的阻值,通常電路板的阻值都在70-80?以上,若阻值太小,才幾個或十幾個歐姆,說明電路板上有元器件被擊穿或部分擊穿,就必須采取措施將被擊穿的元器件找出來。具體辦法是給被修板供電,用手去摸電路板上各器件的
溫度,燙手的講師重點懷疑對象。若阻值正常,用萬用表測量板上的阻、二極管、三極管、場效應(yīng)管、撥段開關(guān)等分力元件,其目的就是首先要確保測量過的元件是正常的,我們的理由是,能用萬用表解決的問題,就不要把它復(fù)雜化。
