OPTBJ 板的 STO 安全功能可以禁止變頻器的輸出,變頻器就不會(huì)使電機(jī)軸產(chǎn)生轉(zhuǎn)矩。對(duì)于 STO,OPTBJ 板具有兩種獨(dú)立且采用電隔離的輸出 STO1 和 STO2。
在 OPTBJ 板上,熱敏電阻監(jiān)控電路的設(shè)計(jì)提供了一種穩(wěn)妥的方法,在電機(jī)熱敏電阻超溫時(shí),能夠禁用變頻器的調(diào)制。
通過(guò)禁用變頻器的調(diào)制,即可斷開(kāi)電機(jī)的電源,避免電機(jī)因?yàn)槌掷m(xù)供電導(dǎo)致溫度進(jìn)一步的升高。熱敏電阻監(jiān)控電路達(dá)到了 ATEX 指令的要求,它可以直接啟動(dòng) Vacon 100 的 "STO" 安全功能
