HP(惠普)在推行EICC方面的案例
惠普中國：強化供應(yīng)商SER（社會和環(huán)境責任）意識
由于惠普（HP）在SER審核方面不懈的努力、FISI計劃的推動和中國供應(yīng)商的溝通，我們已經(jīng)注意到中國供應(yīng)商對于EICC的意識日益增加。
盡管存在許多不符合EICC要求的做法，但種種跡象表明，EICC正被越來越多的人接受。我們的供應(yīng)商正著力建立SER管理架構(gòu)和程序以監(jiān)控自身的表現(xiàn)是否符合EICC的要求。在以下幾個方面有了較大的提高：
· 加班控制：在部分工廠，加班由原來的沒有限制到每周工作時間不超過60小時（包括加班時間）。
· 低工資：部分工廠調(diào)整了薪酬結(jié)構(gòu)，確保工人的工資符合當?shù)胤傻囊螅ò影喙べY）。
· 童工：供應(yīng)商嚴格控制招聘程序，部分供應(yīng)商只招收18歲以上的工人，以降低風險。
· 溝通/反饋：供應(yīng)商更加注重和員工之間的溝通，并學(xué)會傾聽。很多工廠已經(jīng)建立由工人代表組成的社會委員會。
· 環(huán)保健康安全（EHS）：在工業(yè)衛(wèi)生、安全、食宿條件方面取得了較大的進步。
另外，企業(yè)社會責任也成為了中國目前熱門的討論話題之一，這也強化了供應(yīng)商加入SER計劃的意識。

惠普關(guān)于將社會責任融入供應(yīng)鏈的建議
對于如何將社會和環(huán)境責任融入企業(yè)運營之中，塑造符合社會行為規(guī)范的供應(yīng)鏈，惠普的供應(yīng)鏈社會及環(huán)境責任事務(wù)全球項目經(jīng)理Bonnie Nixon-Gardiner提出了一些建議。
1.爭取資深高層管理者的支持，特別是那些與制造和采購業(yè)務(wù)有關(guān)的高層管理者。只有獲得各部門的承諾，才會產(chǎn)生效果。不要簡單地將這項工作看作是投資者關(guān)系、營銷或公共關(guān)系事務(wù)。這些組織不具備使整個業(yè)務(wù)或者供應(yīng)鏈發(fā)生變化的關(guān)系或影響力。
