圖MCS-GL-002中所示為帶氧量校正控制器的風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)。氧量的設(shè)定值根據(jù)負(fù)荷在2~6%變化，人工設(shè)定的偏置為根據(jù)煤氣發(fā)熱量的不同由運(yùn)行員根據(jù)經(jīng)驗對氧量設(shè)定值進(jìn)行校正或有DCS自動對其進(jìn)行修正。在氧量控制器的輸出端加一個軟手操AM1，當(dāng)氧量信號失效時，運(yùn)行員可將AM1切到手動狀態(tài)（切除了氧量校正），人為改變對燃料量的校正。將燃料量指令、實際燃料量、為保證爐膛安全運(yùn)行所需最小風(fēng)量三者之間的最大值并經(jīng)AM1校正后的輸出作為總風(fēng)量的設(shè)定值，與經(jīng)溫度補(bǔ)償校正后總風(fēng)量信號進(jìn)行PID運(yùn)算，從而形成送風(fēng)指令。設(shè)計時還考慮了“增負(fù)荷時先增風(fēng)，減負(fù)荷時先減煤” 的原則。此外，在爐膛負(fù)壓出現(xiàn)高限報警時還閉鎖送風(fēng)指令的進(jìn)一步增大；在爐膛負(fù)壓出現(xiàn)低限報警時還閉鎖送風(fēng)指令的進(jìn)一步減小。ZT1為送風(fēng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速反饋。
1.1.2.5 爐膛壓力控制
系統(tǒng)提供平衡負(fù)壓運(yùn)行，通過控制引風(fēng)機(jī)葉片，維持爐膛壓力恒定在設(shè)定值。
比較爐膛壓力三重冗余變送器的輸出值，并取其中值作為爐膛負(fù)壓控制系統(tǒng)的反饋信號。
系統(tǒng)將風(fēng)量指令信號作為超前變化的前饋信號，使?fàn)t膛負(fù)壓的波動最小。
在引風(fēng)機(jī)控制中，有一個方向性閉鎖作用。即在爐膛壓力低,閉鎖引風(fēng)機(jī)入口葉片節(jié)距的進(jìn)一步開大；在爐膛壓力高時，閉鎖引風(fēng)機(jī)入口葉片節(jié)距的進(jìn)一步關(guān)小。
控制系統(tǒng)還包括“火焰喪失”預(yù)處理回路，以便將較高的負(fù)壓偏差減至最小。在發(fā)生MFT，且風(fēng)量大于30%時，在壓力控制系統(tǒng)中產(chǎn)生一個超馳控制信號，使引風(fēng)機(jī)快速關(guān)小。該信號（MFT火焰喪失）隨時間而衰減（時間可調(diào)），直至恢復(fù)正常的檔板控制。不需要運(yùn)行人員干預(yù)，并且對控制系統(tǒng)不產(chǎn)生擾動。

1.1.2.6 過熱汽溫度控制
被控量為主汽溫，調(diào)節(jié)對象為噴水減溫閥。引入噴水減溫后出口溫度作為副回路構(gòu)成串級調(diào)節(jié)方式。在發(fā)生MFT時聯(lián)關(guān)噴水減溫調(diào)節(jié)閥。
