鏈條導(dǎo)軌、圓環(huán)鏈導(dǎo)軌、聚乙烯耐磨導(dǎo)軌也叫鏈條導(dǎo)向件或鏈條軌道，是一種靜壓導(dǎo)軌，用于支撐和導(dǎo)向鏈條，減少鏈條磨擦，降低噪音，增強(qiáng)鏈條使用壽命。
超高分子量聚乙烯鏈條導(dǎo)軌高耐磨pe導(dǎo)軌原材料是具有高分子量的聚乙烯材料(UHMW-PE)。它幾乎集中了各種塑料的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，具有普通聚乙烯和其它工程塑料無(wú)法比較的耐磨、耐沖擊、自潤(rùn)滑、耐腐蝕、耐沖擊、耐低溫、不易粘附、不易吸水、密度較小等綜合性能。UHMWPE的耐磨性居塑料之首，并超過(guò)某些金屬，與其它工程塑料相比，UHMWPE的沙漿磨耗指數(shù)僅是PA66的1/5，HEPE和PVC的1/10；與金屬相比，是碳鋼的1/7，黃銅的1/27。這樣高的耐磨性，以致于用一般塑料磨耗實(shí)驗(yàn)法難以測(cè)試其耐磨程度，因而專門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)了一種沙漿磨耗測(cè)試裝置。UHMWPE耐磨性與分子量成正比，分子量越高，其耐磨性越好。
