系統(tǒng)的邏輯動(dòng)作較為簡單,PLC程序沒什么難度,此處只舉一例,供大家參考,整機(jī)除可用觸摸屏操作外,仍保留按扭操作,按扭中最常用的為啟/停按扭,為了減少外部連線并節(jié)約PLC的輸入口,我們在如停車狀態(tài)時(shí)需要操作的圓網(wǎng)自轉(zhuǎn)開/停按扭,采用了單按鈕操作,即第一次按下為開,在按一次為?!,F(xiàn)以FX系列PLC為例說明實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,此處是采用計(jì)數(shù)器法。假設(shè)輸入按鈕接在X001,輸出為Y001,梯圖為圖2示:

其中PLSY發(fā)脈沖指令在FX系列PLC中只能從Y0輸出,此一點(diǎn)因PLC不同而不同。

系統(tǒng)的同步控制我們采用了兩種方式;第一種方式較為簡單,技術(shù)要求低用模擬電壓為給定控制主伺服電機(jī)和進(jìn)落布烘房變頻器的給定(原理如圖3示),為使線速度一致采用數(shù)字式同步控制器實(shí)現(xiàn)同一主給定下各路不同比例輸出(價(jià)格比PLC專用D/A模塊便宜,輸出模擬電壓為12位D/A,精度也足夠,除主電機(jī)外,進(jìn)落布取調(diào)節(jié)布張力的松緊架信號(實(shí)質(zhì)為±5V供電的電位器),因此同步器的數(shù)學(xué)表達(dá)式可描述為:Ui=Um*Ki+Uf*Kfi(輸出最高電壓為10V,其中:Ui為第i路輸出,Um為主令電壓,Ki為第i路輸出比例系數(shù),Uf為該路反饋電壓,Kfi為反饋系數(shù)),實(shí)際調(diào)試中為使布受的張力均勻,特別是升降速時(shí)同步效果好,除松緊架反饋系數(shù)合適外,還要注意變頻器的升降速時(shí)間參數(shù)設(shè)不可太長,以免反饋信號作用后反應(yīng)時(shí)間太慢造成同步不好。我們選用的同步器帶外部升、降數(shù)字信號輸入,即UP與DOWN與其相應(yīng)的地接通可使輸出電壓升高和降低,因給定為內(nèi)部數(shù)字給定,使輸出模擬電壓穩(wěn)定性很好,再采用伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)從而保證了主傳動(dòng)的穩(wěn)定。這里值得一提的是我們采用了主伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)器上編碼器輸出差分信號,來測量主電機(jī)的速度,實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)按設(shè)定速度升降速,自動(dòng)停車,自動(dòng)判斷導(dǎo)布速等功能,所有參數(shù)可通過觸摸屏進(jìn)行參數(shù)的修改,如升降速時(shí)間,導(dǎo)布速調(diào)節(jié)。伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)編碼器接口到PLC的接口電路如圖4示,不僅實(shí)現(xiàn)了隔離,且完成信號類型和電平轉(zhuǎn)換。
FX2N系列有高速脈沖輸入口,用SPD指令可以完成對速度的測量,要注意的是用于速度控制要留有誤差帶,不然會(huì)引起速度的振蕩。
