KOKUSAI BALEXT-SMP 接口板
KOKUSAI BALEXT-SMP特點(diǎn)：
1）使用簡(jiǎn)單方便、可靠，成本低廉。
2）可大量減輕設(shè)計(jì)人員、系統(tǒng)調(diào)試人員工作量，即使復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)在普通的設(shè)計(jì)人員手里，也會(huì)變的非?？煽?。
首先將KOKUSAI BALEXT-SMP接收的信號(hào)，通過(guò)半導(dǎo)體器件調(diào)制變換，然后通過(guò)光感或磁感器件進(jìn)行隔離轉(zhuǎn)換，然后再進(jìn)行解調(diào)變換回隔離前原信號(hào)或不同信號(hào)，同時(shí)對(duì)隔離后信號(hào)的供電電源進(jìn)行隔離處理。保證變換后的信號(hào)、電源、地之間絕對(duì)獨(dú)立。
In addition, the shielding layer, grounding wire and earth may b a closed loop. Under KOKUSAI BALEXT-SMP the b of changing magnetic field, there will be induced current in the shielding layer, which will interfere with the signal loop through the coupling between the shielding layer and the core wire. If the system ground and other grounding treatments are confused, the generated ground circulation may produce unequal potential distribution on the ground wire, affecting the normal operation of logic circuit and analog circuit in PLC. The logic voltage interference tolerance of PLC is low, and the distribution interference of logic ground potential is easy to affect the logic operation and data storage of PLC, resulting in data confusion, program flying or crash. The distribution of analog ground potential will lead to the decline of measurement accuracy and serious distortion and misoperation of signal measurement and control.
