不同的PLC產(chǎn)品，對電源的要求也不同，這里包括電源的電壓等級、頻率、交流紋波系數(shù)和輸入輸出的供電方式等。 BENTLY 125840-01對電磁干擾較強、而對PLC可靠性要求又較高的場合，PLC的供電應與動力供電和控制電路供電分開；必要時，可采用帶屏蔽的隔離變壓器供電、串聯(lián)LC濾波電路等。在設計時，外接的直流電源應采用穩(wěn)壓電源，供電功率應留有20%~30%的余量。對由控制器本身提供的直流電源，應了解它所能提供的電流，防止過電流造成設備的損壞。 125840-01的良好接地是正常運行的前提。在設計時，PLC的接地應與動力設備的接地分開，采用專用接地；如不能分開接地時，應采用共用接地；絕對禁止采用共通接地方法。如圖1所示，接地點應盡可能靠近PLC，接地線的線徑應大于4mm2，接地電阻一般應小于10Ω。
