Sq4 on indicates that the trolley does not return, and the system gives an alarm signal in case of failure, that is, the corresponding alarm LED is on, and the whole system is stopped.
After troubleshooting, when restarting the system, p0922yu fps400-24# must first press the reset button to restore the circuit from the locked state to the normal state. When the solenoid valve 4ya lights up, it means the clamp is tight, the 3YA light-emitting tube lights up, it means the clamp is loose, the solenoid valve lya light-emitting tube lights up, it means the lower saw, and the 2ya light-emitting tube lights up, it means the flying saw is lifted. When the light emitting tube of motor M1 is on, it indicates that the steel pipe is fed, and when the light emitting tube of motor M2 is on, it indicates that the flying saw rotates.
