57C404C具有很完善的自診斷功能，如出現(xiàn)故障，借助自診斷程序可以方便的找到出現(xiàn)故障的部件，更換后就可以恢復(fù)正常工作。故障處理的方法可參看PLC系統(tǒng)手冊(cè)的故障處理指南。實(shí)踐證明，外部設(shè)備的故障率遠(yuǎn)高于PLC，而這些設(shè)備故障時(shí)，57C404C不會(huì)自動(dòng)停機(jī)，可使故障范圍擴(kuò)大。為了及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)故障，可用梯形圖程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)故障的自診斷和自處理。
機(jī)械設(shè)備在各工步的所需的時(shí)間基本不變，因此可以用時(shí)間為參考，57C404C在可編程控制器發(fā)出信號(hào)，相應(yīng)的外部執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)開(kāi)始動(dòng)作時(shí)起動(dòng)一個(gè)定時(shí)器開(kāi)始定計(jì)時(shí)，定時(shí)器的設(shè)定值比正常情況下該動(dòng)作的持續(xù)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)20%左右。57C404C如某執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)在正常情況下運(yùn)行10s后，使限位開(kāi)關(guān)動(dòng)作，發(fā)出動(dòng)作結(jié)束的信號(hào)。在該執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)開(kāi)始動(dòng)作時(shí)起動(dòng)設(shè)定值為12s的定時(shí)器定時(shí)，若12s后還沒(méi)有收到動(dòng)作結(jié)束的信號(hào)，由定時(shí)器的常開(kāi)觸點(diǎn)發(fā)出故障信號(hào)，該信號(hào)停止正常的程序，起動(dòng)報(bào)警和故障顯示程序，使操作人員和維修人員能迅速判別故障的種類(lèi)，及時(shí)采取排除故障的措施。
57c404c has perfect self diagnosis function. In case of fault, the fault parts can be easily found with the help of self diagnosis program, and the normal operation can be restored after replacement. For troubleshooting bs, please refer to the troubleshooting guide in the PLC system manual. Practice has proved that the failure rate of external equipment is much higher than that of PLC. When these equipment fail, 57c404c will not stop automatically, which can expand the failure range. In order to find faults in time, ladder program can be used to realize fault self diagnosis and self-treatment.
The required time of mechanical equipment in each work step is basically unchanged, so time can be used as a reference. 57c404c starts a timer to start timing when the programmable controller sends a signal and the corresponding external actuator starts to act. The set value of the timer is about 20% longer than the duration of the b under normal conditions. 57c404c if an actuator operates for 10s under normal conditions, make the limit switch act and send the signal of end of b. When the actuator starts to act, start the timer with the set value of 12s. If the signal of b end is not received after 12s, the normally open contact of the timer sends a fault signal, which stops the normal program and starts the alarm and fault display program, so that the operators and maintenance personnel can quickly identify the type of fault and take troubleshooting measures in time.
