要使ME203CN.0025 電動機(jī)停止運轉(zhuǎn),只要按下停止按鈕SB1,將控制電路斷開,接觸器KM斷電釋放,KM的常開主觸頭將三相電源切斷,電動機(jī)停止運轉(zhuǎn)。當(dāng)ME203CN.0025 按鈕SB1松開而恢復(fù)閉合時,接觸器線圈已不能再依靠自鎖觸頭通電了,因為原來閉合的觸頭早已隨著接觸器的斷電而斷開了。ME203CN.0025 起保停電路實現(xiàn)了電動機(jī)的連續(xù)運行控制。但有些生產(chǎn)機(jī)械要求按鈕按下時,電動機(jī)運轉(zhuǎn),松開按鈕時,電動機(jī)就停止,這就是點動控制。

To stop the motor, just press the stop button SB1 to disconnect the control circuit, the contactor km is powered off and released, the normally open main contact of KM cuts off the three-phase power supply, and the motor stops running. When the button SB1 is released and closed again, the contactor coil can no longer rely on the self-locking contact for power on, because the originally closed contact has been disconnected with the power off of the contactor.
The start and stop circuit realizes the continuous operation control of the motor. However, some production machines require that when the button is pressed, the motor runs, and when the button is released, the motor stops, which is inching control. As shown in Figure 1-25 and figure a. Figures B and C are circuits for realizing inching and continuous operation.
