Model 9907-1183 is designed for a simple single valve steam pump and only basic turbine control and protection need to be monitored. The 505 controller's integrated OCP (operator control panel), overspeed protection and trip event recorder make it an ideal choice for small turbine applications. Overall system cost is an issue. The 9907-1183 model is designed for more complex single valve, single valve extrb or single inlet turbine applications requiring analog or discrete I / O (bs and outputs). Selectable bs and outputs can be connected to the 505xt controller through Woodward's bnet HT distributed I / O module. When configured to control single extrb and / or inlet turbines, the 9907-1183 controller's field proven ratio limiter function ensures the interb between two controlled beters (i.e. speed and speed), extrb or inlet header (and extrb) correct decoupling.
