Toshiba UTLH21
UTLH21起著PLC和外圍設(shè)備之間傳遞信息的作用。用戶設(shè)備需要輸入PLC的各種控制信號(hào),如限位開(kāi)關(guān)、操作按鈕以及其它一些傳感器輸出的開(kāi)關(guān)量或模擬量(要通過(guò)模數(shù)變換進(jìn)入機(jī)內(nèi))等,通過(guò)輸入接口電路將這些信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成CPU能接收和處理的信號(hào)。輸出接口電路將處理器輸出的弱電信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成現(xiàn)場(chǎng)需要的強(qiáng)電信號(hào)以驅(qū)動(dòng)電磁閥、接觸器等被控設(shè)備的執(zhí)行元件。
UTLH21為了保證電路的正常工作,這些接口電路有以下特點(diǎn);
1)輸入采用光電耦合電路,可大大減少電磁干擾
2)輸出也采用光電隔離并有三種方式,即繼電器、晶體管和晶閘管。這使得 PLC可以適合各種用戶的不同要求。如低速、大功率負(fù)載一般采用繼電器輸出;高速大功率則采用晶閘管輸出;高速小功率可用晶體管輸出。還有功率放大輸出電路等,而且有些輸出電路做成模塊式,可插拔,更換起來(lái)十分方便。

The output interface circuit will convert the weak current signal output by the processor into the strong current signal required on site to drive the actuator of controlled equipment such as solenoid valve and contactor.
In order to ensure the normal operation of the circuit, these interface circuits have the following characteristics;The b adopts photoelectric coupling circuit, which can greatly reduce electromagnetic interference。The output also adopts photoelectric isolation and has three modes, namely relay, transistor and thyristor.
