在工業(yè)自動(dòng)化控制當(dāng)中,報(bào)警顯示是非常重要而且很多場(chǎng)合都會(huì)使用,報(bào)警列表是最簡便最直觀的報(bào)警方式。
A系列文本編輯軟件中的每個(gè)工程均能設(shè)置一組報(bào)警列表信息。一條報(bào)警信息對(duì)應(yīng)一個(gè)中間繼電器,中間繼電器的定義號(hào)是連續(xù)的,中間繼電器的首地址可以由用戶根據(jù)實(shí)際用戶程序進(jìn)行設(shè)置。當(dāng)其中任一個(gè)中間繼電器從OFF跳變成ON時(shí),即表示對(duì)應(yīng)的報(bào)警產(chǎn)生時(shí),A系列的文本一體機(jī)顯示界面會(huì)自動(dòng)彈出報(bào)警顯示畫面,并在第一行顯示將該條報(bào)警信息。另一個(gè)中間繼電器ON時(shí),從第二行顯示一條新的報(bào)警信息。相反,某個(gè)報(bào)警中間繼電器變成OFF后,與其對(duì)應(yīng)的那條報(bào)警信息自動(dòng)消失。
報(bào)警登錄方法如下:
在菜單欄中Set設(shè)置菜單下單擊“報(bào)警列表”彈出報(bào)警列表對(duì)話窗:
因?yàn)闆]有輸入任何內(nèi)容,報(bào)警列表內(nèi)容是空白的。首先,將光標(biāo)移至《報(bào)警內(nèi)容》欄,寫入報(bào)警信息[溫度過高],回車確認(rèn)后屏幕顯示:
按同樣方式輸入其他報(bào)警信息。
所有報(bào)警信息登錄之后,將線圈定義號(hào)改為M100(例),即表示M100-M105分別對(duì)應(yīng)6條報(bào)警信息。
當(dāng)A系類文本一體機(jī)正常工作時(shí),如果M100,M101,M102……有一個(gè)或幾個(gè)被置為ON時(shí),則顯示器自動(dòng)彈出報(bào)警畫面。操作人員隨即可以采取措施解除故障,如果欲回到監(jiān)控畫面,按[ESC]鍵即可。

Most modern PLCs can communicate over a network to some other system,such as a computer running a SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition)system or web browser.
PLCs used in larger I/O systems may have peer-to-peer(P2P)communication between processors.This allows separate parts of a complex process to have individual control while allowing the subsystems to co-ordinate over the communication b.These communication bs are also often used for HMI devices such as keypads or PC-type workstations.
