在自動(dòng)化控制項(xiàng)目中,經(jīng)常會(huì)遇到分布在不同地方的PLC之間需要進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程通訊,實(shí)現(xiàn)交換控制,常規(guī)方式是采取現(xiàn)場拉線的方式。但有時(shí)由于現(xiàn)場條件的限制,布設(shè)通訊線路很不方便,例如山上與山下,或者橫跨馬路的情況,尤其對于工程改造項(xiàng)目二次布線可能會(huì)要影響到已有設(shè)備運(yùn)行,甲方可能應(yīng)為停運(yùn)造成經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。無線通訊方式可以很好的彌補(bǔ)這些不足。
現(xiàn)在市場上有很多plc無線DTU產(chǎn)品,這種無線傳輸方式基本上是點(diǎn)對點(diǎn)透傳,兩臺(tái)plc之間直接通訊沒有問題,或則一主對多從也可以,但是無法解決從機(jī)之間的互相通訊,且普通市面透傳模塊效率低,無法實(shí)現(xiàn)PPI,MPI之類的要求實(shí)時(shí)響應(yīng)的通訊協(xié)議。長沙聚控的GRM102智能工業(yè)控制器內(nèi)置多種工控通訊協(xié)議,并夠進(jìn)行編程實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)交換,能滿足現(xiàn)場主機(jī)和從機(jī)、從機(jī)和從機(jī)之間組網(wǎng)無線通訊。
在本次試驗(yàn)測試中采用了三臺(tái)西門子200的plc進(jìn)行組網(wǎng)無線通訊,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明GRM102能夠穩(wěn)定實(shí)現(xiàn)多臺(tái)plc之間的組網(wǎng)無線通訊。
測試實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能:
S7_200PLC1用4個(gè)開關(guān)量輸入,IO.0、IO.1與PLC2的開關(guān)量輸出Q0.0、Q0.1一一對應(yīng),IO.2、IO.3與PLC3的開關(guān)量輸出Q0.0、Q0.1一一對應(yīng);
PLC2也用4個(gè)開關(guān)量輸入,IO.0、IO.1與PLC1的開關(guān)量輸出Q0.0、Q0.1一一對應(yīng),IO.2、IO.3與PLC3的開關(guān)量輸出Q0.2、Q0.3一一對應(yīng);
PLC3也用4個(gè)開關(guān)量輸入,IO.0、IO.1與PLC1的開關(guān)量輸出Q0.2、Q0.3一一對應(yīng),IO.2、IO.3與菱PLC2的開關(guān)量輸出Q0.2、Q0.3一一對應(yīng);
The distinction is critical because the specified meter maximum is often 2 to 3 times application maximum. Generally chosen Flow Transmitter maximum sensing flow rate is always more than process maximum flow rate.
For example: In liquid applications, Vortex, Coriolis, Magnetic and Ultrasonic flowmeters are designed to measure maximum flow rates of 20-30 ft/sec. The optimum economic flowing velocity for liquids is about 5-6 ft/second, and they rarely flow over 10 ft/sec.
That means that a flow meter with a 20 or 30:1 flow rangeability from meter maximum, typically measures less than a 10:1 flow range in most actual processes. For gas applications, meter maximum flows are also much higher than typical process maximum flows.To achieve the meter maximum flow and rangeability in a typical application, pipe size must be reduced at the meter.
