因?yàn)锽G1集電極與BG2基極相連,IC1又是BG2的基極電流Ib2。BG2又把比Ib2(Ib1)放大了β2的集電極電流IC2送回BG1的基極放大。如此循環(huán)放大,直到BGBG2完全導(dǎo)通。實(shí)際這一是“一觸即發(fā)”的,對(duì)可控硅來說,觸發(fā)加入控制極,可控硅立即導(dǎo)通。導(dǎo)通的時(shí)間主要決定于可控硅的性能??煽毓枰唤?jīng)觸發(fā)導(dǎo)通后,由于循環(huán)反饋的原因,流入BG1基極的電流已不只是初始的Ib1,而是經(jīng)過BGBG2放大后的電流(β1*β2*Ib1)這一電流遠(yuǎn)大于Ib1,足以保持BG1的導(dǎo)通。此時(shí)觸發(fā)即使消失,可控硅仍保持導(dǎo)通狀態(tài)只有斷開電源Ea或Ea,使BGBG2中的集電極電流小于維持導(dǎo)通的值時(shí)。中文名電流互感器外文名Currenttransformer簡(jiǎn)稱CT所屬領(lǐng)域能源、
