DFE 測試方法—定量濾芯截留率和留存率
濾芯早期的過度的卸載將是濾材失效的象征。濾芯 B 在 ISO16889 多次通過測試
的過濾效率(β7[c]>1000)。然而當(dāng)相同的濾芯在 DFE 多次通過測試下 Beta 值將下降。濾材的
選擇是基于濾芯生產(chǎn)廠商的 Beta 值。Beta 值是 ISO16889 多次通過的產(chǎn)物而沒有考慮到系統(tǒng)流
量變化的動(dòng)態(tài)條件。
比較 Hy-Pro 兩種相同采用 G7 雙層玻纖的性能,所有 Hy-Pro 濾芯采用 G7 或更好
的濾材并根據(jù) DFE 多次通過測試來設(shè)計(jì)和發(fā)展。

雖然污染物卸載影響是明顯的,根據(jù) DFE 測試在
動(dòng)態(tài)流量條件下 Beta 值與 ISO16889 多次通過測試都是 β7[C] >1000。
濾芯 A1 和 Hy-Pro(動(dòng)態(tài)條件)的性能,兩種濾芯在 ISO16889 和 DFE 測試下都有
優(yōu)秀的顆粒截留表現(xiàn),DFE 測試下的 Hy-Pro 濾芯在下游能夠更穩(wěn)定的顆粒計(jì)數(shù)和在動(dòng)態(tài)流量
條件下更一致的過濾效率。顆粒留存率的提高將對(duì)系統(tǒng)清潔度變得更可預(yù)見性。
