一、LOWES驗(yàn)廠人權(quán)部分：
1.每年進(jìn)行1次勞動(dòng)安全衛(wèi)生培訓(xùn)；
2.食堂衛(wèi)生許可證每年更新一次；
3.年假要當(dāng)年休完，不能累計(jì)到下一年度；
4.每6個(gè)月要向工業(yè)區(qū)委員會(huì)提交一份勞動(dòng)事故報(bào)告；
5.以下3個(gè)地方?jīng)]有劃逃生路線或逃生路線模糊不清：研磨車間+出貨倉+食堂；
6.塑膠車間廢油沒有標(biāo)識(shí)，沒有貼MSDS，二次容器不夠大（要求二次容器容量達(dá)到110%）；
7.部分滅火器沒有消防局檢查標(biāo)簽。
二、LOWES驗(yàn)廠反恐部分：
1.成品倉進(jìn)出人員沒有貼相片（要求進(jìn)出人員列名冊(cè)及貼相片于成品倉門口）；
2.缺少反恐標(biāo)識(shí)：成品倉+倉庫門口要有“閑人勿進(jìn)”；
3.攝像頭要有標(biāo)識(shí)；
4.沒有自動(dòng)防盜系統(tǒng)（投資大，如果沒有，就只是一個(gè)不符合項(xiàng)，不會(huì)影響驗(yàn)廠結(jié)果）；
5.CAMERA攝像頭數(shù)據(jù)保存沒有達(dá)到30天。
