The solution to charge sharing is to plug in a unity gain amplifier so that the voltages of S1 and S2 are coupled via negative feedback. The reference voltage and the differential amplifier will enable the output point voltage and the reference voltage to be connected respectively to the in-phase and in-phase ends of the amplifier. In this way, after forming a closed loop, the virtual short can be used to make the output potential equal to the reference potential. Thus the output potential is stable and the current mismatch problem is eliminated. The introduced differential amplifier is much more complex than the charge pump circuit itself, and the amplifier will have a large output current, which will have a great impact on the original charge pump. The charge pump with full differential structure has the inherent characteristics of differential voltage and can suppress the common-mode signal well. The fully differential charge pump can suppress the Vctrl jitter caused by the undesirable factors in the circuit. Instead of the current matching between PMOS and NMOS, the current matching between PMOS and PMOS, NMOS and NMOS is needed, it's relatively easy. However, due to the difference of the circuit structure, the current of charge and discharge will be out of sync, which will worsen the differential mode interference. On the other hand, the cascode tube can be added to prevent current jitter.
