Abstract: In this paper, energy-saving lamp production line imported from German High-Lux exist problems, system analyzes the energy-saving lamp aging mechanic period of fault and the reasons of the existence, detailed introduces the PLC system to the aging mechanic section of the plan formulation and implementation of the reform of localization process.
2問題的提出及原因分析
1前言
建廠初期，從德國(guó)High-Lux進(jìn)口了兩條節(jié)能燈生產(chǎn)線，計(jì)劃進(jìn)軍我國(guó)節(jié)能燈的高端市場(chǎng)。但從調(diào)試階段開始我方人員就意識(shí)到，這兩條進(jìn)口生產(chǎn)線并不是我們想象的那樣先進(jìn)，雖經(jīng)我方人員不懈努力調(diào)試成功，但隨后在正常使用階段，生產(chǎn)線本身的設(shè)計(jì)缺陷日益突出。為了能夠使這兩條生產(chǎn)線能夠切實(shí)生產(chǎn)出高質(zhì)量的節(jié)能燈，本著“吸其精華，棄其糟粕”的原則，我們對(duì)節(jié)能燈生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行了一場(chǎng)大規(guī)模的國(guó)產(chǎn)化改造。本文論述的老煉機(jī)電氣部分改造就是生產(chǎn)線國(guó)產(chǎn)化改造的一部分。
