力的測試系統(tǒng)原理與方法
電磁沖壓機的瞬態(tài)測試系統(tǒng)主要由三部分組成,即壓力傳感器、放大單元和記錄檢測單元,其測試系統(tǒng)原理如圖5所示。

測試前,先對壓力傳感器進行靜態(tài)和動態(tài)標定,以10kN電磁沖壓機為例,傳感器的靜、動態(tài)標定系數(shù)KF分別為0.07258V/kN和0.07351V/kN,相對誤差為1.3%,因此,可以認為,壓力傳感器具有相同的靜動態(tài)輸出特性。測試時,將傳感器固定在直線電機驅動沖壓機的底座上,進行沖壓,當傳感器受到壓力機的瞬態(tài)作用后,立即產生一微弱的脈沖信號,該信號經過放大、轉換、檢測處理后,變成所需的瞬態(tài)力波形,該波形通過顯示器能直接顯示出該瞬態(tài)力的大小。
作為輔助數(shù)據(jù),在沖壓機桿頂端安裝了一只加速度傳感器,利用瞬態(tài)力信號與加速度信號的對應關系,便可以很方便地將噪聲信號與瞬態(tài)力信號區(qū)分開來。圖6是10KN直線電機驅動沖壓機沖力的測試曲線。

(二)測試結果
力的測試如上所述,結果見表1。溫度的測試,我們用熱電偶分別將其放在線圈、鐵心、機身、軸等處的7個點上,然后用溫度測試儀進行檢測(見圖5)。我們共測取了7個點的溫度,當時室溫為30℃,表中所記電機線圈、次級溫度為1h后的穩(wěn)定溫度。電能的測量是采用電表進行的。表1為10kN電磁壓力機與機械式壓力機的一些測試數(shù)據(jù)的對比。
另外,從目前小批量生產來看,電磁沖壓機的制造成本也比機械沖壓機低。
