可曲撓橡膠接頭又稱作減振器、管道減震器、避震喉、柔性橡膠接頭、橡膠軟連接，軟接頭等?？汕鷵蠁吻蛳鹉z接頭是金屬管道的柔性聯(lián)接器，由內(nèi)膠層、錦綸簾子布增強(qiáng)、外膠層復(fù)合的橡膠球體和松套金屬法蘭組成?，F(xiàn)引進(jìn)國外先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)工藝，制作過程中內(nèi)層受到高壓力，錦綸簾子布和膠層得到更好的結(jié)合，比普通型可曲撓橡膠接頭的工作壓力更高，質(zhì)量更好。它的特點(diǎn)是內(nèi)膠層混然一體，光潔無縫痕，標(biāo)簽采用硫化工藝，與產(chǎn)品結(jié)合在一起。具有耐壓高、彈性好、位移量大、平衡管道偏差、吸收振動(dòng)、降低噪音效果好、安裝方便等特點(diǎn)。
水泵進(jìn)口專用橡膠接頭產(chǎn)品內(nèi)壁為光滑平面圓柱形，內(nèi)襯聚酯簾布，外部凸起部分為鋼絲繩支撐環(huán)，內(nèi)層膠為耐不同介質(zhì)橡膠，外層為普通橡膠，主要功能為防止負(fù)壓吸扁和承受短時(shí)間內(nèi)壓，避免因泵的動(dòng)力和吸水振動(dòng)而使吸水管下端擺動(dòng)，使水流均勻提升及水泵電耗降低，另外，因橡膠接頭內(nèi)壁垂直無凹槽，又防止了水泵吸水時(shí)產(chǎn)生渦流，從而提高水泵效率。
安裝方法：
1、橡膠接頭在安裝時(shí)嚴(yán)禁超位移極限。
2、安裝螺栓要對(duì)稱，逐步加壓擰緊，以防局部泄露。
3、平地、懸空、垂直安裝橡膠接頭時(shí)，橡膠接頭的實(shí)際工作軸向位移壓力應(yīng)小于管道的支撐力，否則應(yīng)安裝防拉脫裝置以防止工作受壓拉脫。
4、橡膠接頭應(yīng)遠(yuǎn)離熱源，臭氧區(qū)域，嚴(yán)禁強(qiáng)輻射光線照射。暴曬和使用不符合本產(chǎn)品要求的介質(zhì)。
5、橡膠接頭在運(yùn)輸、裝卸、安裝時(shí)、嚴(yán)禁銳利器具劃破表面密封面。
6、DN200MM以上產(chǎn)品在安裝時(shí)，請(qǐng)用蝶閥專用法蘭或者小口徑法蘭，以免防止在安裝后出現(xiàn)法蘭拉脫、漏水、滲水現(xiàn)象。
