密閉型高壓橡膠接頭工作原理與特點(diǎn)
密閉型高壓橡膠軟接頭(以下簡稱自密型接頭)是最近研制成功的一項(xiàng)科研成果。它的基本原理是運(yùn)用管內(nèi)壓力自行增強(qiáng)密封,徹底解決了由橡膠被過量壓縮引起的各種弊病。通過高溫、低溫、撓曲、脈沖、拉脫力、爆破、耐壓密封、老化、自密等各項(xiàng)試驗(yàn),證明這種軟管接頭除具有優(yōu)越的密封性能外,還具有重量輕、體積小、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、連接牢固、通徑大、流阻小、使用壽命長、用料省、加工簡易、裝配方便、接頭可多次回收使用等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
高壓管道連接,必須滿足一定溫度范圍內(nèi)的連接強(qiáng)度和密封性這兩項(xiàng)基本性能要求。對(duì)于高壓橡膠軟管來說,還必須考慮接頭對(duì)橡膠的壓縮所引起的老化影響和彈性應(yīng)力松弛等問題。目前的高壓橡膠軟管接頭,雖有不少類型,但其基本結(jié)構(gòu)原理都是沿襲了低、中壓橡膠接頭的原理,即依靠芯軸與套管之間的夾緊力來獲得密封和連接強(qiáng)度。所不同的僅僅是增加了壓緊量和加長密封面長度。
